Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can sometimes increase the power of a piece and, sometimes, even add extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements, and how many random augmentations are applied.
For example, the elite racial shield Razortail is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorb capability in PvP or to add additional defenses to missile-based builds in PvM. This makes it more tradeable over the unupgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens allow you to reroll a purchased item, like a weapon, armor or ring. The item is swapped for a different one similar item, with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective method to upgrade equipment. They don't preserve the original item's level, and any resources wasted won't get compensated.
Survivors can obtain tokens to reroll in many ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. You can also find them in crates and chests or buy them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attributes of an item for example, increasing its damage.
Players can roll equipment with three attributes, physical power, spell power and health. Physical power increases the damage done by weapons and melee attacks and spell power improves mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.
Three types of reroll tokens are available: upgrade rare, legendary and rare. Each upgrade takes an item to a better quality and requires an upgraded reroll token in order to create it. Upgrades require a standard item. Rare upgrades require an item that is either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
The marker that rerolls, unlike markers or tokens that are placed on action areas, remains on the space till the next Success is to be rerolled. This is a way to ensure that upgrades are not wasted.
Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the beginning of each preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by grabbing on to them. When they are opened, they will display a description and icon for the Appliance or Ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for a new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of money.
In the end, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool when you run. This alters the blueprints that the restaurant's shop has available for rerolls and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons and armor, as well as accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that increase the level of an item by increasing its stats or attributes. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. They can also purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a cost. They can also be obtained by players who have completed daily contracts.
To upgrade equipment players first need to find the item they want to upgrade and then click on the "level up" button. The screen will show a summary of the item's level, and what it will become when it is upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor requires only one Growth Stone.
After selecting the item to upgrade the player must select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. After the player has met the requirements, he is able to click the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item's level by a specific percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item the upgrade process can take between seconds and minutes.
The upgrade process is risk-free, and does not impact the longevity of the item. This makes it an excellent method for players to gain an advantage in combat without straining their bank accounts. Furthermore players can transfer experience and the progress of an upgraded item onto a new item by clicking the "transfer" tab.
New players may find it difficult to obtain Growth Stones. There are several methods to get these stones. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, get them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or collect them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. In addition players can break down higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that lets you increase the stats of weapons and armor. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. It is accomplished by adding upgrade components at the Upgrade Station, paying a fee in Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will consume the upgrade components and grant the item an increased level, which gives the item a boost in that area. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an item has been attained.
Items with upgraded stats will be displayed as an icon of blue next to their slot. In contrast to enchantments, upgrade components don't stack with each other, but can only be added to one item at one time. Additionally each upgrade component will require a certain number of items to be used in addition to an initial level for the equipment.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can choose to add items to be upgraded. On the right side, previews show what the gear will look like at its next level. When a player has enough materials by pressing the yellow arrow, it will begin the upgrade process.
item upgrades Casesgg of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Each time an item is upgraded, its stats will be increased by a small amount. The maximum level of an item is 19.
When an item reaches its maximum capacity, it will no longer have the option to upgrade. When an item is upgraded to a certain track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades for the track will be offered at discounted prices.
Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be inserted into weapons, armors trinkets, tools for gathering and weapons in order to provide an extra effect or attribute benefit while the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be changed by acquiring new ones. However, this could cause the old upgrade to be destroyed.

Requirements
Upgrades to items allow players to increase the stats of certain armors and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item differ based on the type of item however, you'll generally require Dilithium and the number of Upgrade Tokens.
Items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to equipment and weapons. These will provide extra effects or an increased level of the item. These upgrades can be gotten from various sources in the game, including through crafting, purchased at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses and raids, or dropped from dungeons. Once an upgrade component is placed into an object, it is not able to be removed or replaced. However, glyphs can be swapped freely.
Upgrades can increase the Mark Level or Rarity. In addition, some upgrade components have additional modifiers that could further increase the stats of an item.
For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" improves base defense, and also provides an additional 20% chance to block. Additionally the dps enhancement "Wildfire" boosts weapon damage.
Certain items are better off being upgraded less because of their improved stats and more for the fact that it allows players to get the maximum amount of value out of a perfect roll on the item. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for instance is highly coveted by melee PvP communities and could be worth up to 20-50 times the non-upp’d version.
If you choose an upgrade component to be inserted into an item the game will show an in-game window that lists the necessary requirements. This includes the type of item (either Weapon or Armor), the tier of that item, the upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.
Once you've met the required requirements for upgrading, the game will place the item in your inventory and the progress bar will be updated to show how close you are to completing it. You can also check on the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
